Buy @ $0.585. Must be crazy to be buying this as yield is 6.581% and STI is -45 (dropped below 3000 to 2962 due to Goldman Sach’s lawsuit??). Was only $0.56 B-Apr! Anyway, their financing proposal for the Malaysia acquisitions was out last week and looks ok to me. Will bring gearing from 26.9% to 29% but add 0.48ct to DPU. 🙂
