Sell @ $1.01. Sold all my lots. Today is the last day of cd (3.1cts). Didn’t quite like their recent results as there’s a bit of financial engineering (assets revalued higher and the diff is recognised as profits) to make the EPS look good + mgmt expenses are paid in new units, thus more cash for div payout. Was hoping the price would go up some more as they’d given a forecast of next 2 div as 3.95cts and 4cts for 1H06 and 2H06. Will monitor and buy back again if it becomes under valued at aro’ $0.925 😀
