Suntec @ $1.31

Sell @ $1.31. Yield is 5.237%. That’s the last of my hldgs. Altho’ there may be some more upside for Suntec when compared with CMT (same retail cum office assets) which is gives yield of 4.689% @ $2.35, my original objective was for the yield. I hv thus switched to MMP which offers close to 6% yield. 😀
