Buy @ $1.54. Yield @ ~8.393% based on latest div payout. Fm IPO prospectus, DPU policy is US2.14ct/Q. Will hv US$ forex risk as all their revenue are in US$. The other 2 Shipping Trusts (PST and FSL) are better yielding at 9.6% but traded in US$. The last time I chk, the bid-ask US$-S$ exchange spread is 1%+, which is aro’ the diff in yield I’m getting 😀
