xd today for DPU = 2.4608ct. Yield = 6.64%, NAV = $1.56 are the +ve while Gearing = 37.2% is the main -ve. FCOT is the top in my list for Office/Mall REITs and I'm more inclined to hold long term altho' I do have "extras" for short term trades in case something else better pops up…. 😀
If I were to set my target Yield = 6%, it'd be another +10% before that happens ie $1.625.
