Q414 (Dec) results on 28-Feb was within guidance ie weak. However, with a strong FCF of 6.74ct, a 3ct Div was declared (ttl 6ct for FY14). The guidance going forward is positive. Cash/share also increased slightly fm 7.68ct to 7.87ct.
Everything looks good… except that CEO Andy Luong continued to sell down his stake for 3 consecutive trading days… 27-Feb, 2-Mar, 3-Mar…. at avg price of 53.12ct, 52.52ct, 52.39ct respectively… a ttl of 5.9mil shares and effectively preventing share price from going higher…
I'll likely sell down my stake further as it's quite huge and it's non-performance due to CEO sell-down has finally made me decide to shift the funds to other stocks… A better time for me to sell would have been during the 1-mth Blackout period in April, before the next Quarterly results aro' 8-May…. 😀
