A strong seller appeared today, altho' buyer is still around. Hit a low of $1.535 but didn't dare to buy as seller was strong and buyer wasn't sround at that point in time… 😀
After mkt closed, their Circular was released for the Sale of Hotel Lease cum Acquisition of Australia assets. Whatt was interestig to me was the Q415 (Sep) DPU projection, assuming Hotel Lease sale and,
- No Acquisition : 2.3013ct ; Gearing 34.8%
- With Acquisition (Private Placement @ $1.50) : 2.3206ct ; Gearing 36.6%
This is vs Q215 (Mar) DPU = 2.3754ct ; Gearing 37.2% ie DPU is projected to decline even without the acquisition!
