Contra off + One old Buy… Results announced previous day… DPU = 2.4526ct (incl 0.7ct from Capital Gains) vs 2.3754ct yoy & 2.51ct qoq… Last year's DPU have not included Collins St asset…. A closer look at each asset Revenue & NPI shows declines at China Square (lower Retail occupancy due to Hotel project) & Central Park (lower occupancy)… Not quite up to my expectations altho' a couple of analysts are positive due to the higher Yield vs other similar REITs… Reduce first and trade on opportunity… 😀
