Buy @ $2.88. PE 15.38 ; Yield 5.556% using FY07 data. -7cts as got big seller(s). Paying quarterly div 4.5cts, policy is 18cts min. this yr. Altho’ Q1 EPS is lower than Q407, it seems normal to me when I compare over the last 3 yrs. Am taking a short term bet to see if goes above $3 again. Will do a new collection if it drops further.
