Continue to average down… till it become my new No.1… SGX Annc on Basslink Cable Break Investigations that they intend to invoke the Force Majeure clause… Without looking into their contractual details, my guess is they’re invoking that to avoid penalties which may be imposed by the Australian govt for the downtime of Basslink… 😀
