Selling my only profitable batch. Put into Q during lunch time break @ $1.30 and done at $1.31.
Latest quarterly results as per expectation of continued weakness in EPS (any improvement only from next Q when Rental Income kicks in for SPC).
Decided to sell as prices stayed strong. Perhaps mkt is buying ahead.
