The last of my recent buys, during the 2nd recent dip. Still don’t feel too comfortable with the ATP occupancy rate, will likely take a while to improve. $1.48 Private Placement Price will likely provide resistance in the short term. Take profit to free up some cash first, in case mkt decide to dip again…. 😀
