Add more as it drops… Looking at the sell vol, looks set to continue to drop, as long as dispute with Tasmania govt is not resolved for Basslink… Funds playing safe… 😀

No resolution in sight to dispute with Tasmania Govt… resulting in an annc on 2-May about a Breach from their Basslink Financiers…. But, stated that this will not have any impact on DPU… 😀

Q1 Results out o Sunday, flat, but expected… Any increase in earnings will likely trickle in from Q3 when they have completed transforming the previous Specialist areas into beds… Another milestone to look fwd is the completion of hospital in Chongqing in Q4…. More for lower CAPEX => Better FCF…

But, not so sure how much lower it can drop, with xd 1.75ct on 14-May… current PE just below 25… 😀

Failed attempt to match at $0.535… Add more for the DPU… Hope they settle Basslink issue soon… But, will likely add more at current prices… 😀
