Someone kept selling down after my buy @ $1.675… On a day when STI +51… 😀

Only partially done at matching…. the recent price strength towards $1.715 was likely due to their new biz managing a newly acquired mall (16-Dec) by Straits Trading… Too bad I didn't manage to sell and prices are now sliding back down…. 😀

Add to my portfolio again. Q3 results on 10-Nov looked good to me, 

My magic worked… It immediately dropped to a low of $1.66 after I bought before closing @ $1.67…. 😀

Take profit, contra off. Didn't manage to buy more, shift focus… 😀

A new stock to my portfolio. Their main biz is in REIT mgmt. The recent weakness in share price may be due to the MAS proposal for better aligning the interest of REITs Mgr to Unit Holders. Performance Fees, Acquisitions Fees,.. are some areas which may be negatively impacted…

But, will be good for investing in REITs ! 😀

xd today for 2.3ct div and prices was -1 to -1.5ct. Decided to take profits and am left with my 1st Buy. The recent Q3 results on 4-Aug looked good and may have made it more attractive again… 😀

So… why sell?

For me, I'm getting wary of the return of market fears and thus, better to take profits, which gives me more options on what to do with the free cash.

Contra off my 2 recent buys. Looks like our seller CP = DBSV may have finished with their selling. I had bought too many and too fast due to this seller CP over the past week, will be able to sleep better by taking some profit. This also gives me some flexibility to buy with more confidence on dips. 😀

Looks like I have entered a bottomless pit… Selling continues with the same seller CP… must have lots to sell! 😀
