Sell @ $1.12. My last lots. The latest results doesn’t look good as Q2 DPU 2.19ct vs Q1 2.33ct shows a slight decline. The forward statement also sounded pessimistic. I hv decided to forego the current 4.52ct div for 1H even tho’ current yield is still >8%. 😀
