Sell @ 1.09. My 1st transaction in the year of the Tiger! Buyer ’08’ – CS and ’20’ – Phillip. Looks like someone is buying up CCT today, too bad I missed the $1.12 high earlier. Anyway, reduce some exposure 1st as yield is below my target 7% minimum (6.789% @ $1.09). 😀

Buy @ $1.42, Yield 4.563%, 10.1% discount to NAV. A speculative buy as REITs have been dropping for the last few sessions.

Sell my entire hldgs @ $1.48, $1.49 & $1.50 for average of $1.49. xd tomomorrow. Too much in REITs in my portfolio. Considered as a switch from CCT (4.349% @ $1.49) to Suntec (5.292% @ $1.18). The yield figures are annualised based on the latest quarter results.
