Sell @ $1.40. My last lots. Again, sell at a loss (profit after 3 dividend payouts) as I think the yield is not that good (5%++). The power of IR or fund manager? Buyer ’73’ – MacQuarie. 😀

Sell @ $1.35. Sold at a loss based on cost but slight profit if take into acct 3 div payouts of 14.48ct. See if I can buy back lower and use creative acctg to recognise as Sell Hi – Buy Low. If can’t then too bad as I feel the yield is not very attractive now (if hold, got to keep for capital gains as the worst seems to be over for them and not dividend play – my fav approach). Buyer ’73’ – MacQuarie 😀

Sell @ $1.32. Quite incredible run up, power of F1 or foreign funds? Buyer ’70’ – CLSA. 😀

Sell @ $1.29. Finally make $$ for my cheapest buy. +8cts today and had been running up for a while now. Tomom is last day of cd (div 3.86ct) and recent quarterly results shows biz may have hot bottom in May and is recovering from June. 😀

Buy @ $1.21 and $1.20. Seller code ’79’ – JPMorgan, is it a coincidence they just reported more losses? 😀

Buy @ $1.30 and $1.28. Yield hit my tgt of 9%. Note that tourist arrivals had declined and expected to worsen due to high inflation and recession fears. Will sell in short term if possible but can hold also if it doesn’t go up. Seller code ’82’ – Morgan Stanley and ’78’ – Merrill Lynch. 😀

Sell @ $1.38. Contra off, free some cash 1st. 😀

Buy @ $1.28. xd today but dropped much more than the div of 5.89ct (-12ct)! Looks like no bottom. Seller code ’28’ – OCBC, same for LS. I wonder if selling is done by descendants of Tan Chin Tuan (ex-OCBC boss) – one yr back his estates had 9.55% stake (67Mil shares fm IPO @ $0.83) but was distributed out 😀

Buy @ $1.43. Become my new collection of 8%+ yield stock. 😀

Buy @ $1.47. Good sets of results, DPU 5.89ct for 1H08, but tourist figures fm Tourist Board hv shown a drop by 4.1% in Jun-08. 😀
