CitySpring @ $0.405

Sell @ $0.405

No more left, am taking a huge realised loss. The earliest ones were bought on Mar-07 and carried at $1.48 (not adjusted for rights or dividends rx) in my spreadsheet. This will wipe out almost my entire realised profits for the year, which I'd managed to buld up after the earlier massive losses from Rickmers and FSL. Can call it Spring Cleaning II or more appropriately, Summer Cleaning!

Decided to switch to KGT as similar yields and KGT has zero debts vs High Gearing here. 😀

CitySpring @ $0.38

Sell @ $0.38. Last day of cd and the Sell Q at $0.385 is close to 1000lots, so decided to just sell. My last profitable ones from recent buys. For now, will keep the loss-making ones and may even buy back if the prices drop (but likely closer to the next Quarterly results). 😀

CitySpring @ $0.38

Sell @ $0.38. Reduce my stake. xd on 15-Feb, so will likely sell more tomorrow if the price stays or go higher. Yield @ 8.632% is still rather attractive but I’m reducing my exposure to highly geared stocks. 😀

CitySpring @ $0.335

Buy @ $0.335. Even cheaper than the rights issue! After they announced the firing of an Investment Officer, it dropped further. I think the market is afraid of a more aggressive acquisition strategy, despite the huge gearing (debts) ie. more fund raising soon! Hope I'm not throwing good money after bad money! 😀

CitySpring @ $0.37

Buy @ $0.37. Decided to get some to average down as I'd not subscribed for the recent rights (11-for-20 @ $0.39). A very highly geared Biz Trust and Yield is similar to KGT (zero debts), so I may be making a wrong decision here! Results will be out today and let's see their new dividend policy (if any) due to the recent rights. I'm more inclined for this to be a short term trade but can hold if no choice. 😀

CitySpring @ $0.60

Sell @ $0.60. Sold 2 blocks of old expensive ones + the rights issue ones. Recognised a loss here. Decided to sell as CitySpring price had not been affected by this week’s market correction. Let’s hope I can better deploy the money to other stocks that’d dropped a lot. 😀
