Sell @ $2.85, $2.87, $2.91

Contra off one buy and sold two older ones… Left only one batch…

STI +75.76 @ 2890.41, what a rebound today! Range $2.82 – $2.92, I was in Q to Buy @ $2.83 after selling my 1st batch @ $2.85 which unfortunately wasn't done…  😀

Yesterday in Parliament, the govt announced that Private Hire Car Drivers eg. Uber, GrabCar,.. will have to be licensed from next year. This will make the playing field a tiny bit more level for Taxi Operators like Comfort. Anyway, Sinpore Taxi biz is not a very huge % of biz for ComfortDelgro, which als derives a large part of their profits from Overseas biz…

Getting cheaper and cheaper…  Yield = 2.957% ; PE = 19.97 says it's still not cheap… 😀

Another new stock to my portfolio… Increasing EPS & DPU since FY08… but also increasing Share Price… PE = 20.68 ; Yield = 3.093%… Always feel PE is too high and Yield is too low, that's why I'd been unable to hold for too long… 😀

Contra off both buys, no more left. Short term objective met, free up cash and move on to next target…. strategy based on high mkt volatility due to oil price drop… 😀

New addition to my portfolio. Itch fingers, went to Q and really got done… hit a low of $2.53 after that but closed @ $2.55, -2ct today. My thinking is the first beneficiaries of lower oil prices would be Airlines and Transportation biz… but the benefits may not be seen immediately as they may be clearing older inventories or have their oil needs hedged…. Anyway, I'd always liked ComfortDelgro as there'd been continued EPS growth for the past few years… just that, the PE is on the high side ie 20 and the Yield <3%…. 😀

DJIA +421 last night… quickly grab something for a quick trade…. Put in my Buy Order before I went out… got done at matching and went down to a low of $2.46….. A new stock to my current portfolio… worst case just hold… EPS had been increasing since FY09 (FY08 = 9.59ct to FY13 = 12.43ct ie. +29.6%)… but share price had gone up a lot faster from ~$1.50 ie +66%… :D\

Take profit… too tempting…. no more left… 😀

Sell @ $1.47. My last ones. Bought in Jul-11 for short term trade and ended up averaging down a few times. Finally, managed to sell all. Don’t like to hold for long term as Yield < 4%, can't even cover current 5% inflation rate and further, doesn't seem to be growing (Profit rather flat even though there's some slight growth in Revenue). Will pick up again for defensive purpose if price drops back. Buyer CP '08' – CS. 😀
