Use creative accounting to sell the older batches which were bought at $1.32 & $1.33 in Nov-16… Altho’ my tgt is closer to NAV $1.54, I still decided to sell as it xd as prices are higher than DRP $1.3216… But, it only started moving up only on the last 2 days of deadline on 18-May and I’d decided not to apply for it… Current negatives for me now are the HP lease at Alexandra TechnoPark yet to be filled up and A$ now weakening… Plus, ‘Sell in May, Go Away’… Still, I’ll likely buy back on any small price weakness… 😀

I must have opened the flood gate… Huge volume selling today… Must be the Funds, either switching out or selling ahead of DRP new units… If the former, prices will stay weak for a longer while… 😀
