FCT @ $1.89

Sell @ $1.89

Contra off the 2 recent buys, no more left. The DPU for the coming Q will be tiny due to an Advanced DPU having been paid out, so, not a lot of motivation not to resist taking profit… What's amazing is there wer 5 different foreign brokerage Buyer CPs, buying in 1-lot… Must be some kind of buying collaboration… 😀

FCT @ $1.855

Buy @ $1.855

Itchy fingers, buy back at higher than my selling price. Prices ran up a lot after I sold (as I was worried that their Private Placement for Changi Point acquisition would be at a hefty discount and value destructive). Placement Price = $1.835 was around my highest selling price. Existing shareholders were paid an Advanced DPU = 2.288ct ie. this means for the coming Q, DPU will be very tiny…

Try for short term trade but can hold for longer term (Yield aro 6%). CP = UBS, looks like foreign brokers are selling… 😀

FCT @ $1.835

Sell @ $1.835

Decided to divest off my balance stake at a loss (profitable if include 2 DPUs – 1 collected, 1 pending). Will likely switch to FCOT instead unless prices pull back. 😀

FCT @ $1.795

Sell @ $1.795

Contra off, Jump-Q at 8:58am matching. Decided to take the risk (that it may get done at my lower bid price)  as I have 2 bids to spare (to Break Even). 😀

FCT @ $1.775

Buy @ $1.775

Add back, despite my misgivings on their impending Equity Fund Raising for Changi Point acquisition.. Add DPU = 2.88ct => $1.8038, can act as replacement for the $1.805 ones which I'd sold. Still, can be for short term… 😀

FCT @ $1.84

Sell @ $1.84

Jump-Q before mkt opened to sell some of my old ones. Gives me a choice to either buy back if prices drop or switch over to more of FCOT. Am still having lingering fears of the New Equity Fund Raising for the proposed acquisition of Changi Point. I may just wait another couple of Qs for the dust to settle before I do more buys. If prices continue to go up, especially before xd (28-Apr), I'm inclined to divest my entire stake… 😀

FCT @ $1.8325

Sell @ $1.83, $1.835

Contra off my recent ones @ $1.83 and Jump-Q at 5pm to sell some older ones. With my addition of FCOT to my portfolio, I decided not to have too many FCT. Treat it as a switch ie REIT-for-REIT, Fraser-for-Fraser (same ultimate boss). FCOT has slightly better Yield, NAV discount but poorer Gearing (DBSV estimates FCT Gearing to go up to 32.5% after Changi Point acquisition),

Proposed Acquisition of Changi Point Likely Funded by Debts + Private Placement

FCT @ $1.80

Buy @ $1.80

Buy back at a higher price than what I'd previously sold recently. Results will be out today and last year, DPU = 2.7ct. Am betting that it'll go up by 1.5ct to 2.5ct during cd.

Someone seems to have lots to sell but putting few lots to the sell Q each time to maintain it at <20. May be Schroder as they'd been reducing the stake recently. Perhaps, they'll be getting some from Private Placement (assuming FCT using this method to raise funds for their Changi Point acquisition) and is selling now as an arbitrage…

After mkt closed, SGX Annc of Q2 results => DPU = 2.88ct… 😀

However on closer examination, the DPU increase y-o-y wasn't that much,

  • Q2 (Mar-13) : DPU = 2.7ct (Cash = 0.15ct Retained) => Total would have been 2.7ct + 0.15ct = 2.85ct
  • Q2 (Mar-14) : DPU = 2.88ct (100% Payout)

=> Only 0.03ct higher

FCT @ $1.795

Sell @ $1.795

Contra off, just can't resist the temptation… 😀

Noticed strong persistent buying at this price (+1.5ct) and decided to put in Sell Q. Looks like collection going on by a Fund. Will definitely buy back if it drops back to $1.78 but can also sell some of the older ones if it goes higher. I'm flexible as I do have a lot of extras…
