Buy @ $1.09. Yield @ 11.999% (based on Q407 DPU) or 12.931% (based on Q108 forecast). Today, they announced new acquisitions, so Yield @ 13.724% (Q208 forecast) and 14.319% (Q308 forecast). Market reacted by dropping 2cts! Seller code ’70’ – CLSA. Results due on 23-Apr, no surprise expected. 😀

Sell @ $1.10. Contra off, suddenly back to same price as yesterday. Buyer code ’31’ – DMG. 😀

Buy @ $1.08. Yield @ 12.104% (based on last DPU) or 13.044% (based on forecast DPU for 1H08). Main concern is falling US$ (now 1.3504) which MAS hv allowed to fall at a steeper rate to curb inflation. Seller code ’70’ – CLSA, may drop further. 🙂

Sell @ $1.10. Wanted to switch to Rickmers @ $0.995, but now up 🙂

Buy @ US$0.855. Yield @ 10.433%. Current Exchange Rate, Sell/Buy- UOBKH 1.4415/1.4465 ; POEMS 1.43825/1.44325. Decided to take a bet that when FSL starts to trade in S$ on 30-Nov, the yield shld move closer to that of Rickmers (also traded in S$). Currently, there’s a yield gap of 1% which translates to a potential 10% diff in price; if they meet halfway, then aro’ 5%, but that means Rickmers may drop another 5% 😀
