Buy @ $0.815. NAV = $1.121, so good discount, with Cash = $209Mil or 30cts+/share. Decided to buy due to strong recommendations fm David 😀

Sell @ $0.665, my last lots fm 2003. Will try to buy back on mkt weakness, if any 😀

Sell @ $0.625; been in the Q since 10am++. Mid-yr results out last Fri, no special/interim div, very disappointing. Expects mkt sell-down, so sell 1st. Will try to accumulate at a lower price before next Q results. StockPick blog updated with figures for mid-yr results.
