Buy @ $0.87. Yield @ 10.264% but gearing @ 40% and may have problem doing more acquisitions. Also got high risk that they’ll do an equity fund raising which in recent times, means a bash down of the share price. One of the more likely target to be taken over as asset size is small ($569M) and sponsor cum mgr is Aussie based (MacCook) where many are facing tough financial challenges (eg. Allco – which is selling out to Frasers). Results will be out on 12-Aug (AM). See if I can do a short term trade here. If not, then hold for long term and lose sleep, haha.. 😀

Buy @ $0.915. Yield @ 9.76%. One of my forgotten counter that I bot’ at a very high average price. Need to average down. 😀

Buy @ $0.92. Yield @ 8.022%. Results due on 15-Feb. Am expecting improved DPU as contributions will come in fm their new acquisitions. But, mkt not so kind to Industrial REITs. Anyway, buy for longer term and to avg down my older ones. 😀

Sell @ $1.16. Sold at cost, but small profits after div. Switching some funds back to Cambridge, now in Q @ $0.70. 😀

Buy @ $1.16. For Industrial REITs, now I prefer this to Cambridge who seems to hv done a very bad job w/ their recent equity fund raising which is to the detriment of existing shareholders. Yield @ 6.534%, buy back again 😀
