Buy @ $0.965. Annualised yield of 5.8% but still slightly below Suntec which hv best yield of 5.814% @ $1.17. MMP hv good chance for yield accretive acquisitions (esp. overseas) with MacQuarie as a shareholder. But, I’m also likely to sell off in short term for trading purpose.
