Higher than my Buy Price = $8.92 but end up with a loss due to transaction cost. Range $8.87 – $8.96, Closed @ $8.95. Was trying it as a "short" but if unsuccessful, too bad… My last lots… 😀

Sell @ $7.78

Just BreakEven for this lots… Left one very highly priced batch… Decided to switch to UOB as OCBC +ve & UOB -ve….  treat it as an Arbitrage between banks… 😀

My lowest buy became profitable… All the banks were +ve, 2-3%… likely due to BT article today (shared by TC)… Banks reporting kick off tomorrow AM with UOB… UOB has the least exposure to China, but will be a good reference… 😀

Another day of drop… STI -23.18 @ 2579.23… drop back below 2600… China data n good… again… I should add bank shares to YieldStock blog as they have hit the minimum 4% Yield requirement….  😀

An interesting day as STI -26.7 @ 2602.41 and all the banks are -1.8% (DBS & UOB) & -2.4% (OCBC) but my target YieldStocks & REITs are +ve! Perhaps the banks went up too much last Friday…. Anyway, decided to buy a bank share instead and selected OCBC over UOB as it's below NBV (-0.6%) vs +1.6% (UOB)… DBS is -10.6% but I don't have any to average down… 😀

Finally add a bank stock back to my portfolio. Was considering to buy back UOB but was afraid that it'd drop more than Div = 20ct on Monday when it goes xd… the same happened to Starhub & SingPost today after it went xd…. 😀

Contra off, no more… All banks are ~+2.1% today with STI +30.29 @ 3091.78… Looking good… as long as China defends Yuan from further weakness… 😀

Buy @ $9.51, $9.50

Add back to my portfolio. xd today for 18ct div but -58ct in tandem with DSB -$1.09 @ $18.64 & UOB -$0.88 @ $19.98. STI -91.57 @ 3061.49… Huge impact coming from China Yuan devaluation 2 days in a row…. Hardly any free cash left, will need to sell something or buy ahead of some dividend payout coming in on 18th… 😀

New addition to portfolio. 1H Results were out before mkt opened. A quick look at the financials and decided to Jump-Q during AM matching as price were much lower and US mkt was flat the night before… no big fears aro’…. But, STI opened weak and was -60 at one point before closing -47.02 @ 3202.50 (Most Asia mkts were +ve, except for China, continuing it’s drop..). OCBC price was surprisingly strong, compared to DBS & UOB… 😀

Decided to contra off… With STI weak, a lot of my other stocks had dropped… Hard decision to sell to free up cash… Closed @ $10.29… 😀

Jump-Q during 9am matching, only to see it hit a high of $10.44 within a short time… Low of $10.35 & closed at $10.40…

No more left… I guess I ought to be holding on for Mid-Yr results and Div but can't resist getting rid of it for a tiny profit after holding for almost 2mths… 😀
