Q4 results were out last Friday AM. Revenue is higher but EPS flat, a bit lower (4.04ct vs 4.05ct – adjusted for 1-for-3 split) … Div maintained at 1.5ct, Cash increased + Debts slightly lower yoy… FCF 3.68ct, not too bad, considering cash flowing into devt of new hospitals… Analysts’ recommend Sell (CIMB) + Buy UOBKH)… make own call… Earnings likely to improve from 2H17 when Raffles Hospital Extension is completed… 😀

Contra off the balance + sold the last of my 2nd tier xtras… Yesterday, couldn’t do a full contra as the Buy Qty wasn’t enough and it’d pulled down the matching price by one bid… 😀

Contra off part of recent buys… Was just thinking I bought too many extras when prices went down to ~$1.43 during the past two days… 😀

Re-building up my xtras… Still not cheap at PE 35+… Fm 9M, expecting FY results to be flat, a slight increase as in last FY and 2H Div to be maintained at 1.5ct.. Hv to patiently wait for their projects to come online and contribute positively… 😀

Got tired of waiting for it to drop below $1.40 again… Need some xtras for shorter term trades… 😀

I hv now sold my 1st layer of xtras… A good start to 2017, STI +ve for 4 days now… 😀

Reduce further… Hit a hi of $1.47 before closing at $1.455… STI +32.83 @ 2954.14, 3rd day +ve… since 1st trading day of 2017! 😀
