Sell @ $2.37

Contra off both recent buys. One is due today. Did a Jump-Q but someone continued to buy all at $2.37 after market opened. Looks set to go higher! Am  freeing up extra cash in case I want to buy 2nd Chance Properties (refer to talkstock blog). 😀

Q'd since AM and got done during 5pm matching. Add back to my collection, still a long way to my previous % of holdings of my portfolio. 😀

Buy @ $2.34.

Deicded to start buying back slowly even though my target was @ <$2.30. Just went xd on 13-Aug for 1ct div. Next one will be for FY12 (Dec), still a long way off. But, not a dividend yield stock, more as a bet on growth. Q2 Revenue +14.87% ; Net Profit +7.09% ; EPS +5% on a y-o-y comparison. PE = 24.63, rather high.

Looks like someone may have a lot to sell, kept filling up the sell Q. Seller CP '26' – BNP. 😀

Sell @ $2.58.

Spooked by STI -30+ and HSI -500+. Decided to take some profits 1st. 2H results were out in the AM. Q2 EPS = 2.31ct, a +5% growth y-o-y with Revenue +14.87%. Div = 1ct, unchanged. PE = 26.35 (latest 4Qs). Buyer CP '73' – MacQuarie & '26' – UBS. 😀

Sell @ $2.59. Got serious buyer collecting, sell till I'm left with 2 original batches. Buyer CP '73', must be the one supporting the price!

Was in Q @ $2.19 since 3:56pm and got done during 5pm matching at 1ct lower.  Seller CP '08' = CS. 😀

Buy @ $2.18.

Add to my collection. Will likely trade in the short term as I have reached my short term target of 5% of portfolio, now 5.82%. Some analysts' reports are expecting the IHH (Parkway & Pantai is part of their portfolio) IPO expected in July at PE >30 will have spillover effect as RafflesMed PE = 22.95.

Add back to my collection. xd recently (3ct), so not that great a price if I compare with my lowest sell price @ $2.26 (highest $2.32). Am glad to be able to collect back as it'd released another good set of results for Q1. Seller CP '71' – Nomura & '48' – Cantor Fitzgerald. 😀

Buy @ $2.16. Cheaper than my 1st buy @ $2.17 on 7-Apr-11!  Whack a bigger one (earlier ones only 1-2 lots each time) to bring down my average for today to $2.183. Seller CP '20' – Phillip, '29' – DBSV, '78' – ML.

Continue to sell more of my holdings. Q1 results will be out on 30-Apr, perhaps market is expecting their good results to continue. I bought too agressively last time, sell some more. 😀

Decided to sell some. I started the recent buys from $2.29 all the way down to $2.21. As I'd mentioned before, it's not exactually cheap. On hindsight, I may have been too agressive in my buying. So, take some profits 1st and will sell on the way up or buy back on the way down. I'm very flexible! 😀
