Buy @ $0.93. Quarterly reporting soon, will be their maiden report. Take the risk and get some more, am expecting DPU = 2.88ct to 3ct (more than 3mths of forecast FY11 DPU = 8.63ct as it'll be from listing date 26-Oct-10). I went to queue at $0.935 during 5pm and got it cheaper as someone sold at $0.93. Seller CP '05' – UOBKH! 😀

Buy @ $0.965. Add to my collection, may be short term till their first dividend in 31-Mar-11. Too bad I missed the lows of $0.93 as I was away for hols. Looking at the volume these days, either Moore had finished selling (but no further SGX announcements as they usually don't comply with SGX rules to announce within 24-48hrs) or the Fund Mgr had gone for Year End hols! 🙂

Buy @ $0.945. Continue to drop some more, now >9% yield! Add to my collection. Seller '54', not in my list of CP. 😀

The sell-down is most likely triggered by Moore Capital. According to the SGX Announcements, they got 49.35Mil @ $1.05 shares from the Private Placement and they'd been aggressively selling down their stake over the past few days. Seems like they are a Hedge Fund, so perhaps they'd hedged Sabana against some of their own complex financial products such that they make money if Sabana share price drops??
