Sell @ $7.70
Contra off… STI rebounded (+23.83 @ 2892.52) after Friday's drop (due to Swiber Liquidation), followed by a switch to JM… 😀
Buy @ $7.58
A quick change in direction… buy back some… 😀

Just another REITDATA Sites site
Buy @ $7.26
BREXIT happened… STI -58.46 @ 2735.39… Low 2715.76…. 😀
Not many stocks in my watchlist was dropping more than STI, except for Banks… which are still not attractively below my highest Sell Price. My preferred target was STI ETF but below $2.80, it wasn't following my formula of STI / 10 + 4.9ct (Div)… More like +6 or +7, hitting a low of $2.78 occasionally, when I was expecting $2.77 or even $2.76
Buy @ $7.47, $7.43
Too bad didn't contra off the previous buy when it hit $7.5x… Buy more instead… Not sticking to original plan of selling before BREXIT referendum… Mkt seems to be relying on +ve betting odds (for Remain) when Opinion Polls is indicating a very close fight… Altho' Betting Odds is indicating a 70%++ odds for Remain, it only meant more Bets are being placed for Remain… 😀
Buy @ $6.86
Jump-Q during 9am matching to average down the $6.89 ones I just got yesterday. Quite scary to see it drop, even though we were half expecting it to drop to $6.70 any time due to lower vol yoy.Be prepared for the worst, sold my SIAEC to free up cash, in case I need to average down further… 😀
Sell @ $6.93
Contra off both today's and yesteday's buys. For the past few days, we can see a battle between Buyers and Sellers, with the Sellers winning during Open and Close. In between, it can hit a good enough high for contra purpose. After selling, it hit a high of $6.95. Still, am very pleased with the Kopi-$$ made.. 😀
Decided to give it a miss during 5pm matching when it was matched at $6.89. Will look at the month end data first and see what happens next Monday.
Sell @ $6.95
Contra off for some kopi-$$. The observation is that someone had been selling and preventing it from hitting higher. Decided to take profits first as it looks good for multiple short term trades… 😀
Buy @ $6.89
Jump-Q during 5pm matching to buy back. Looks like someone really have lots to sell… 😀
Buy @ $6.90
A new stock to my portfolio. Just added to YieldStocks blog this month as it meets our min. 4% yield criteria. Some info,
SGX releases monthly business data. So far, for Q4, April data had seen a huge drop yoy and May is expected to follow the same trend.
Despite my expectation of a continued weaker Q4 yoy, I have decided to start buying SGX at current prices as I'm expecting the expected high Q4 absolute Div to provide good support to share prices…. I hope… Any drop, especially after they release weaker yoy monthly data, I plan to collect more. Will treat it as a replacement (currently SIAEC) stock for the Yield Rotation Strategy 😀
