Sell @ $1.09. Selling at at discount to ASX price (~$1.106 using latest price and exchange rate). The buyer must be collecting ahead of the mid-year dividend (still some time away at end-Sep and results announcement sometime in Oct-Nov). Same buyer broker as last sell, '17' – CIMB. 😉
SPAusNet @ $1.04
Sell @ $1.04. Sudden rise today +5ct in tandem with ASX (A$ also strengthen a bit recently despite their hung Parliament). Decided to take some profit as I'm low on free cash again. Buyer '17' – CIMB. 😀

SPAusNet @ $0.965
Buy @ $0.965. Take a risk to average down my holdings. The Royal Commission Report on the Victoria fire (last year) was out on end-Jul. No mention of liability in the report, just recommendations (eg. use buried lines instead of overhead cables in bushfire prone areas). I guess liability will have to be determined in the courts (several class suits ongoing). I read in the reports that SPAus maximum liability is set at A$100M by the government, which translates to less than A5ct/share or slightly higher than 1 semi-annual dividend payout. The other risk here is that currently A$ is on the rise and any drop will also drag down the share price. But, after considering the above risks and the current Net Yield of 9.7%+, I have decided to place a small bet first and perhaps increase it when it drops further. Seller '21' – Kim Eng 😀

Buy @ $0.97. Decided to get some more after reading their SGX Announcement at 2pm++ that one of the fire is likely not their responsibility.

SPAusNet @ $1.15
Sell @ $1.15. Decided to sell. Forgot to contra off yesterday when it was due. With the market still in a volatile stage, better to take profit whenever possible. There were no surprises in their results and the guidance going forward is to maintain at least A8ct for FY11. For me, the falling A$ is a concern as it'll affect the share price and yield negatively. 😀

SPAusNet @ $1.15
Buy @ $1.15. Should be my last buy (unless there’s a much bigger drop or if I raise some free cash) till their 2H results on 12-May. Will trade in short term as I have enough in my collection to play around. Main concern now is whether A$ will weaken as it’ll affect the share price (all their assets and earnings are in Australia). Seller ’17’ – CIMB, same as my previous ones; wonder if it’s the same joker! 😀
SPAusNet @ $1.17
Buy @ $1.17. Buy more for the yield but may also be a short term trade if opportunity arises. 😀

Buy @ $1.16. Someone has a lot to sell! Seller ’17’ – CIMB-GK, same as the earlier ones.
