Buy @ $0.51. Fierce selling on-going. Dropped quite a lot after they announced their proposed acquisitions in Malaysia and Australia. Checked with Malaysian acquaintances that Lot 10 at KL is high end shopping centre, perhaps something like Paragon with individual boutiques. Yield is still below 8%, but collect some first and see how. Seller ’08’ – CS. 😀

Sell @ $0.545. Decided to sell all my hldgs. Today is last day of cd (1.9ct div), many sellers aro’. STI looks weak, -16.7 now. 😀

Buy @ $0.495. This price was the TERP (Therectical x-rights price) at the time of rights announcement. Seller very strong, ’26’ – BNP, prob aro’ 1000 lots theirs. 😀

Buy @ $0.50. Back as shareholder again. Itchy finger this AM and went to Q (huge Q) and now suddenly done! Looks like mkt now in rotational play mode. Seller ’31’ – DMG. 😀

Sell @ $0.525. Decided to contra off, no more left. STI went up too fast, high risk it’ll correct. See if I can buy back again later or wait till the new rights shares are listed. 😀

Buy @ $0.485. Gearing is at a good 20% after the recent rights issue. Yield aro’ 8%. Seller ’71’ – Nomura sold 298 lots. I have another buy order in Q @ $0.48. 😀
