Contra off. Q'd at $3.06 during 5pm but didn't appear it was going to be done as the prices were showing lower. Am surprised it got done 2ct higher! Must be really a last second grab by buyer. Buyer CP = JPM. 😀

Yield = 5.065%, still above my target 5%. But, as market is not as strong as previously, I have decided to do some short term trades and take profit (kopi-$$ only) instead. Selling gives me the flexibility to buy back at target $3.03 (same as the ones I just sold) or lower. Next dividend will be for 1H (Jun) which was announced on 2-Aug last year for Div = 3ct (same since FY08).

Collect back my recent sale. Market is much weaker now with STI @ 2849, -26 and at 100 pts lower since then. Hi chance to drop further and be prepared to hold long term. Will trade if it rebounds. Seller CP = CSFB. 😀

Decided to contra off. Same reason as SingTel. +10ct today! Buyer CP = CitiGroup. 😀

Results were out last evening. Q1 EPS = 4.39ct, a lot better than my projection of 3.72ct to 3.89ct. Mainly came from 'Others' ie. Airshow 2012 Event Organiser + Bond Redemption. Now I understand why they seemed so confident when they provided the guidance for FY12 to be better!

Dropping with every buy! I must be buying too early. Back to 2/3 of previous level, still can collect some more. I have the holding power plus worst case, just keep for the Dividend Yield = 5%+.

xd today (Div = 12.5ct) and dropped 15ct. But, STI -32 @ 2962 and many stocks were sold down. Buy some first to replenish my collection. May drop more tomorrow, now glad I sold so aggressively last week! Seller CP = CLSA.
