Saw 3 lots @ $5.60 Buy Q just before 9am preopen and decided to sell some. These are my current intial entry ones and the highest priced @ $5.55. Yea, private creative accounting recognition… so that my breakeven for the rest will be lower… 😀
Note that I'm still ok to hold for long term but will trade on any short term opportunity as the US Fiscal Cliff event will definitely provide volatility…

Saw a big block at sell Q during 9am pre-open and went to get some. It's getting cheaper by the day! Just to recap, unlikely to have DPU payout till 2015, but Nan Fung got their stake @ $2.98. From their past history, they appear to be long term shareholders, looking at their stakes in Sino Land & Sino Ocean Land, both listed in HKSE. 😀

Can't resist buying back some, after selling quite a huge chunk previously during the last cd/xd time. Am betting more on support by their Shares Buy Back, rather than next quarterly results (Q2 – Oct13), expected only in 10-Dec (last year), which is seasonally their weakest. Any surprise upside will have to come from Properties or a resumption of Interim Dividend (which was suddenly cut last year). 😀

Finally decided to get some to average down. The uncertainty and weakness of the Indonesia economy is providing the main drag here. Let's see the impact on the coming quarterly results… DPU may drop… but perhaps in the longer term as the short term ones may be covered by their currency hedging. Will have to analyse more in detail for the next results. 😀
