Sell @ $5.61
Decided to sell off my remaining lots to book a small profit. Still very low volume and looks like someone had been trying to push up the share price over the past few sessions. Buyer CP '73' – Macquarie 😀

Just another REITDATA Sites site
Sell @ $2.24, $2.25, $2.30
Contra off my recent ones plus some older ones. For this rather low volume stock, I can see the occasional buying spurts which can easily move the price up / down. Vol = 358,000 ; Range = $2.16 to $2.30. I was still comtemplating buying more at $2.16/7 in the early afternoon before the Buyer appeared…. 😀
Sell @ $0.745
Decided to follow Sam and take profit for my last lots. Looks like there's a battle between big buyer and seller throughout the day.
Latest Aug-13 Economic Indicators for Singapore doesn't look too good, something to think about for Industrial REITs with local assets. Let's think only short term here for this category of stocks ie. trade on opportunities. 😀
Buy @ $0.52
The latest prelim BB = 0.98 for Aug-13, which is not so good news, but this was in the Q2 forward statement of a "breather" in Q3 and possibly Q4. Nevertheless, take the risk to buy at my highest price ever. I suppose with US on the recovery path and possibly Europe having seen the worst, consumer demands ought to be on the uptrend.
Currently, cd for 1ct, xd on 8-Oct. 😀
Buy @ $1.64, $1.63
Quite a surprise to see it drop as STI was +57.93 and this is supposed to be quite a good fundamental stock. Perhaps, it went up too much yesterday. Hit a low of $1.62 before closing @ $1.655, -2ct
Despite some not-so-positive comments in VB by some of the more established forumers, I still think it's suitable for my longer term hold. Will collect more on any weakness. 😀
Sell @ $1.095
Last day of cd for Advance DPU = 2.2ct. They just did a Placement @ $1 for 40mil units and these will be listed on 24-Sep (Tue). Altho' these won't qualify for the Advance DPU, it's still at a very hefty discount of ~10% and I fear it'll be too tempting for many of these placees to take profit ie. Share Price may tumble towards $1 (some may even short now with borrowed scrips)….. Current high yield of 8.8% ought to be deterrent to sell but I'm not too hopeful… Further, the Gearing @ 37.1% means they'll have to do a Rights Issues sooner or later, otherwise, there'll be more Value Destructive Placements at hefty discounts every time they plan a new acquisition…. So, better be safe than sorry!
My recent buys were at higher prices but the losses will be offset by the profitable ones bought long ago. I'll likely sell the rest or most of it tomorrow if prices stays above $1.07 after it goes xd. After that, I'll wait for the share prices to stabilise before making any new buy back decision. That's the current game plan but I'm flexible to change according to circumstances… 😀
