Buy @ $2.80. Average down my existing $3++ ones. STI -87 @ 2771 (Must be Italy or Greece debt woes again). Q311 EPS was slightly better than Q310 and overall, looks set to be slightly better than FY10. Seller CP = MSCO. 😀
CitySpring @ $0.37
Buy @ $0.37. Decided to get some to average down as I'd not subscribed for the recent rights (11-for-20 @ $0.39). A very highly geared Biz Trust and Yield is similar to KGT (zero debts), so I may be making a wrong decision here! Results will be out today and let's see their new dividend policy (if any) due to the recent rights. I'm more inclined for this to be a short term trade but can hold if no choice. 😀
ComfortDelgro @ $1.415
ComfortDelgro @ $1.40
ComfortDelgro @ $1.39
StarHub @ $2.79
Buy @ $2.79. Decided to buy back some as I sold off quite a bit last time. Next quarterly results will be out on 9-Nov. Volume is quite high today and it dropped -3ct, with STI +48 @ 2760. Seller '70' – CLSA. 😀
I'm speculating that the above may mean that foreign funds are moving out of defensive stocks to go into riskier stocks as the worst in the Europe crisis may have bottomed. Just speculating only!
SPAusNet @ $1.29
SATS @ $2.31
Portfolio – Q311
My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q311 close,
- Size : +77.42%
- Net Portfolio Performance At End-2010 Mkt Value : -13.13% (Unrealised) + 2.85% (Realised) + 4.31% (Div) = -5.98%
So, -5.98% vs -16.14% (STI), better than STI, but not much of a consolation as still quite a big drop in valuation.
Changes in portfolio (vs Q211),
- New Additions : ComfortDelgro, SATS
- Increases : HLFin, Sabana, MIIF, RafflesMed
- Decreases : KGT, STEng, StarHub, SPH
- No Change : FrasersComm, Cambridge, AIMSAMPIREIT, CitySpring, FSL, SBSTransit, Rickmers, SingPost, SPAusNet
- No More : MCT
