My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q111 close,

The STI closed at 3105.85, -2.64% from end 2010. Using cost as a reference, my portfolio stats (vs 2010),

  • Size : +43.70%
  • Net Portfolio Performance At End-2010 Mkt Value : -1.96% (Unrealised) + 0.68% (Realised) + 0.64% (Div) = -0.65%

So, -0.65% vs -2.64% (STI), better than STI but still a Nett Loss.

SATS @ $2.56

Buy @ $2.56. New stock in my portfolio. PE = 15.33 with Yield = 5.078%. They were the acquirer of my SFI shares last time. Current price weakness is likely due to high oil price (they are the caterer to airlines) and inflating food prices (may erode their profit margins if they are unable to pass the cost to their customers). May collect more on further weakness. 😀

Sell @ $0.495. Decided to take profit as it's +1ct today due to strong buying. I'll also be getting more from the 1-for-8 Rights Issue @ $0.429, so might as well reduce my holdings first. STI -4 @ 3053. 😀

Buy @ $2.92. Re-enter as shareholder again. STI +21 @ 3024, going to be 3rd day +ve if it close +ve today. The worst is over? Better don't bet on it! 😀

Sell @ $5.56. Decided to contra off as due today. No more left. My original intention was to hold for long term and accumulate more on further weakness. But, just couldn't control myself from a quick contra profit, especially since it's due for payment today and STI +49 @ 2985. Buyer CP '84' – UBS. 😀
