Buy @ $1.04. Buy back at a higher price and xd (5cts div)! Now that STI is few 100 pts higher, better buy and keep for long term. Yield @ 9.692% is one of the highest for Gearing <30% (27.6%) 😀

Buy @ $0.495. This price was the TERP (Therectical x-rights price) at the time of rights announcement. Seller very strong, ’26’ – BNP, prob aro’ 1000 lots theirs. 😀

Sell @ $0.90. Sold the last of my recent buys, left the older expensive ones. Strong buying interest today, maybe cos’ rest of mkt had run up so fast for past week and few laggards left. Chk ASX now A$0.765/A$0.77 or aro’ S$0.90/S$0.905, so abt same price. Buyer ’28’ – OCBC, part of 80 lot. 😀

Suntec @ $1.00

Sell @ $1. Contra off as it hit my short term target; no more left. Q’d with 668lots in front of me and didn’t expect it to be done so fast (within 10mins). Buyer ’17’ – CIMB grabbed 209 lots. Looks like local speculators are now on board to help create a new bull? (STI 2475 +24 ; DJIA -34 last nite) 😀

Buy @ $0.975. After all these years, am back as shareholder. Q’d since 9:50am but went up and hit high $1.01. Now, mkt seems to be panicking with STI just going -ve. Yield 12.14%, Gearing 34.4%. May collect more if mkt corrects further tomorrow. 😀
