Q408 Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S’pore stks for Q408 close,

The STI closed at 1761.56, -49.41% fm end 2007. Using cost as a ref, my portfolio stats (vs 2007),

  1. Size : +42.79%
  2. Realised Profit/Loss : +10.01% (Profits : +3.16% ; Div : +6.86%)
  3. Unrealised Profit/Loss : -38.99% (-48.92% if remove 2007 carry fwd)
  4. Net Portfolio Performance :
    o At Cost : 10.01% – 38.99% = -28.98%
    o At End-2007 Mkt Value : 10.01% – 48.92% = -38.90%

So, -38.90% vs -49.41% (STI), better than STI. Nevertheless, still big losses 🙁
