Sell @ $0.73. Left 1 batch. Decided to sell as I’m running out of free cash and may need some to avg down other recent purchases who’d dropped and become more attractive. Buyer code ’25’ but don’t know who’s that as it’s not in the POEMS list! 😀

Buy @ $0.87. Yield @ 10.264% but gearing @ 40% and may have problem doing more acquisitions. Also got high risk that they’ll do an equity fund raising which in recent times, means a bash down of the share price. One of the more likely target to be taken over as asset size is small ($569M) and sponsor cum mgr is Aussie based (MacCook) where many are facing tough financial challenges (eg. Allco – which is selling out to Frasers). Results will be out on 12-Aug (AM). See if I can do a short term trade here. If not, then hold for long term and lose sleep, haha.. 😀

Buy @ $1.28. xd today but dropped much more than the div of 5.89ct (-12ct)! Looks like no bottom. Seller code ’28’ – OCBC, same for LS. I wonder if selling is done by descendants of Tan Chin Tuan (ex-OCBC boss) – one yr back his estates had 9.55% stake (67Mil shares fm IPO @ $0.83) but was distributed out 😀
