Sell @ $1.98. Contra off as mkt is a bit weak but M1 is up. 😀
SFI @ $0.83
Sell @ $0.83. Q108 results were very good, mainly due to turnaround of S’pore ops and despite exchange rate losses due to the strong S$ for overseas ops. Q2 and Q3 are traditionally their weakest Qs, so, I think it’s better for me to take some profits 1st. Will likely buy back if it drops back to $0.815 or sell more fm $0.835 onwards 😀
M1 @ $1.94
AllCo @ $0.84
Sell @ $0.84. Q1 results were out last nite, DPU = 1.6ct (not paid as semi-annual policy). Above their projection of 1.5ct but way below my expectation as Q407 was 2.2ct. Yield = 7.643% @ $0.84.
Main positive is that they’ll appoint a sales agent for their Oz assets which is valued at ~S$600M+ or ~ $0.875/share. Their plan is to reduce their debts (gearing now 44.8%) and shift focus out of Oz to Asia. The coming year will be one of consolidation and organic growth, rather than acquisitions. 😀
FSL @ $1.10
LMIR @ $0.56
Thomson Medical @ $0.67
LMIR @ $0.57
Buy @ $0.57. Yield @ 10.596%. Just announced results yesterday, DPU 2.2ct (for period 8-Aug-07 to 31-Mar-08) or annualised DPU 6.04ct. Earnings was lower than IPO forecast due to lower rentals (they had to lower it to retain some key tenants) but DPU was still 3% higher than IPO forecast due to lower expenses and perhaps creative acctg. Key risks are pure Indonesia assets and effects of possible world wide recession. 😉
