FirstREIT @ $0.705

Buy @ $0.705. Yield @ 9.901%. Buy at same price as last purchase, got to replace (for my dividends passive income) for some of my recent sales of other stocks. Also, prepare for quarterly reporting. 😀

Q108 Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S’pore stks for Q108 close,

The STI closed at 3007.36, -13.64% fm end 2007. Using cost as a ref, my portfolio stats (vs 2007),

  1. Size : +16.42%
  2. Realised Profit/Loss : +2.99% (Profits : +1.26% ; Div : +1.73%)
  3. Unrealised Profit/Loss : -0.76% (-12.93% if remove 2007 carry fwd)
  4. Net Portfolio Performance :
    o At Cost : 2.99% – 0.76% = 2.23%
    o At End-2007 Mkt Value : 2.99% – 12.93% = -9.94%

So, -9.94% vs -13.64% (STI), better than STI. If we remove the div component, then -11.68% vs -13.64% (STI) => slightly better.

Changes in portfolio (vs Q407),

  1. New Additions : SBSTransit
  2. Increases : FirstREIT, MacCookPSF, FSL, AllCo, ThomsonMed
  3. Decreases : Rickmers, M1

  5. No More : LMIR

ComfortDelgro @ $1.78

Sell @ $1.78. Decided to sell some more, left my $1.8x ones. Big buyer, code ’39’ – Instinet Singapore Services Pte Ltd, must be some foreign funds accumulating! 😀

Rickmers @ $1.01

Buy @ $1.01. Yield @ 11.812%. Main risks are weakness of US$ and shipping down turn. Finally got xtra $$ to avg down 🙂

ComfortDelgro @ $1.78

Sell @ $1.78. Wah… so much difference in one day, just sold @ $1.68 yesterday. Nvm, I still got more to sell. Buyer code – ’83’ – Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Securities Pte Ltd. They must hv issued a buy call! 😉

LMIR @ $0.56

Buy @ $0.56. Yield @ 10.429%. Back again as shareholder. Very volatile in price. Last time after selling at $0.665, saw it goes all the way above $0.70. Previously, had also seen it drop to $0.50. Main risk is, all their malls are in Indonesia. One key attraction is their zero gearing. This quarter will see their maiden dividend – if I hold till then 😉
