Buy @ $1.17. Yield @ 11.04%. First day trading in S$, going down instead of up (my prediction). Got to buy more to avg down n get good yield 😀

Buy @ $0.885. Yield @ 7.107%. Since it dropped so much after it announced yet another Fund Raising Exercise, the news yesterday that it’ll abort this must be good news. Anyway, need to avg down my existing ones (was waiting for it to xo, but now grab some) 😀

FSL @ US$0.855

Buy @ US$0.855. Yield @ 10.433%. Current Exchange Rate, Sell/Buy- UOBKH 1.4415/1.4465 ; POEMS 1.43825/1.44325. Decided to take a bet that when FSL starts to trade in S$ on 30-Nov, the yield shld move closer to that of Rickmers (also traded in S$). Currently, there’s a yield gap of 1% which translates to a potential 10% diff in price; if they meet halfway, then aro’ 5%, but that means Rickmers may drop another 5% 😀

FirstREIT @ $0.765

Sell @ $0.765. STI -88 (3329) but FirstREIT +0.5ct. Decided to sell 50% of my hldgs, even tho’ Yield is 8.758%. There are now more choices of 8%++ yield stks aro’ and I’ll either switch to others or wait and see if FirstREIT drops 😀
