Buy @ $1.16. For Industrial REITs, now I prefer this to Cambridge who seems to hv done a very bad job w/ their recent equity fund raising which is to the detriment of existing shareholders. Yield @ 6.534%, buy back again 😀
Sell @ $0.765. Contra off, slight loss but will make fm div as xd today. Just out fm SGX that new shares to be issued @ $0.70 and will start trading on 19-Oct-07 2pm. I may sell more of my older ones at current prices.
Sell @ $1.55. Decided to contra off, no more. USD is still weak and with new MAS policy of allowing S$ to strengthen at a steeper slope, I doubt USD will recover soon. Should hv ample opportunities to buy again at a lower price 😀
Sell @ $2.13. Sell @ buy price, lose $$ on transaction costs but small nett gain as div collected earlier. Left the $2.21 ones. Will buy back for trading purposes if it drops back 😀
Buy @ $1.51. Renew my interest. Yield @ 8.56% (IPO : USD 1.51) or 8.309% (Now : USD 1.4657). USD hv dropped 3% since IPO and it’s bad for Rickmers which pays div in US$.
Buy @ RM0.925. Keep dropping with every buy! Yield @ 7.629% (6.527% Net of 15% with-holding tax). Going to stop buying and will wait for mid-year results now. May hold for short term as I now have excess stocks 🙂
