AmFirst REIT @ RM0.97

Buy @ RM0.97. Yield @ 7.323% (6.289% net of 15% with-holding tax). Was hoping to buy at RM0.94 but got impatient as Malaysia Budget Day is on 7-Sep and there may be some ‘goodies’ (tax incentives) for REITs. Plan to do another buy when my PBank div are in (payable on 13-Aug -> took 20 days in FY06 for UOBKH to credit to my RM Trust acct, so am expecting it soon). Also, AmFirst FY end is Mar and div payout is on a semi-annual basis, so am expecting 3.83ct based on IPO forecast in Oct. 😀

Buy @ $0.665. Start to collect again, but at a higher price than last time and also at a mostly higher price than what I’d sold 😀

FirstREIT @ $0.75

Sell @ $0.75. STI -50 but FirstREIT +1.5ct after hitting a low of $0.735 in the morning. Make some pocket $$ 1st and will buy back if it drops back or sell more if it rises 😀

SPAusNet @ $1.73

Sell @ $1.73. Going up with every sell! A$ recovered to ~1.26 and today’s range in ASX is A$1.36 to A$1.44 which translates to S$1.72 to S$1.82, but we are seeing only S$1.73 to S$1.74 in SGX. Fm now, I may buy back for trading purposes if prices shld dip 😀

Sell @ $1.70. Going up with every sale! A$ is slowing climbing up, now aro 1.24, but decided to reduce my A$ exposure as I also hv MacCookPSF. 😀

Buy @ $1.01. Yield @ 5.941%. Got to avg down my very expensive ones. Wonder if it’s going to drop back to IPO price of $0.89 😉

Tower @ RM1.34

Sell @ RM1.34. Got to look for replacement (maybe a higher yielding REIT or wait for Tower price to drop as mkt is very volatile) to use my RM again 😀
