Buy @ $1.20. Dropping with every buy! Price still strong at ASX @ A$1.135 and xchange rate at 1.2074. ASX listed ones will get A2.35cts div, so after deducting that and converting, price shld be S$1.34!! Still don’t understand why there’s a gap of 10%. Anyway, yield is 8.958% @ $1.20 😀

Buy @ $1.21. IPO forecasted yield 8.884% at this price. Quite risky as bulk of their investments are in Unlisted Property Trusts in Australia.

Thomson Medical @ $0.61

Buy @ $$0.61. Last day of ‘call’, so need to round up my shares such that I won’t be left with odd lots after the 1-for-10 bonus issue. Share price will drop by aro’ 10% tomom when it ‘xall’ 😀
