Buy @ $1.22. Trading at A$1.145 (which is S$1.374 @ xchange rate of 1.2) in ASX, which is the primary listing. I wonder why there seems to be a sttep discount here? Must go n re-read the IPO prospectus again over the xmas hols! 😀
Sell @ $0.97. May be affected by the Babcock and Brown IPO which is offering 9% yield, but may also hv positive spillover. Anyway, take profit first and may buy again on weakness 😀
Sell @ $0.71. Thinking of switching some funds to new better yielding stocks like First REIT (8%+) and possibly the new IPO Babcock and Brown Fund (9%). 🙂
