Buy @ $0.915. Results are out and looks ok to me. Will be paying 3.95cts div as per forecasted 😀

Cambridge @ $0.6875

Buy @ $0.695 and $0.68 for avg of $0.6875. Yield is 7.418% (over-allotment option is exercised). My new collections! 😀

Cambridge REIT @ $0.68

Buy @ $0.68. Applied for private placement fm Phillip Securities (sub-underwriter) and got alloted slightly more than half of what I applied for. They also charged 1% + $10.50 placement fees, so at least $0.69 to breakeven! Listing on 25-Jul 😀

Buy @ $3.92. May sell in the short term if it recovers above $4, else keep for future div 😀

AREIT @ $1.87

Buy @ $1.87. Yield @ 6.61% based on just released DPU of 3.09cts. Still in the Q at $1.83 but looks like hard to get done today 😀

AllCo @ $0.81

Sell @ $0.81. Originally planned to hold till results are out but today mkt is weak, STI -38, with many stks down and AllCo still hldg steady. Plan to switch to other REITs and already in the Q for AREIT 😀
