BREXIT happened… STI -58.46 @ 2735.39… Low 2715.76…. 😀
Not many stocks in my watchlist was dropping more than STI, except for Banks… which are still not attractively below my highest Sell Price. My preferred target was STI ETF but below $2.80, it wasn't following my formula of STI / 10 + 4.9ct (Div)… More like +6 or +7, hitting a low of $2.78 occasionally, when I was expecting $2.77 or even $2.76

Too bad didn't contra off the previous buy when it hit $7.5x… Buy more instead… Not sticking to original plan of selling before BREXIT referendum… Mkt seems to be relying on +ve betting odds (for Remain) when Opinion Polls is indicating a very close fight… Altho' Betting Odds is indicating a 70%++ odds for Remain, it only meant more Bets are being placed for Remain… 😀

The recent rise to $2.6x before it dropped back quickly to $2.4x is a good reminder not to be too greedy… Reasons for not selling were 1H (Jun) Div = 7ct last year, Yield = 6%+, PE = 13+, Good FCF = 6.89ct for Q1… But, we're seeing Analyst's Downgrade report again, due to the coming 4th TELCO license tender… 😀

Contra off, no more… Original Passive Investing Strategy is to hold till STI is closer to 3000 ie STI ETF at least $2.9x.. With BREXIT referendum in a couple of days, Mkt ought to be more fearful as there'll be uncertainty due to the closeness of the votes ie it can swing either way… 😀

Pare down my stake… BREXIT polls swung from Leave to Stay but margin is still very small, altho' Bookies odds remains at Stay… Referendum on Thu and results on Fri… STI +37.45 @ 2800.87… Oil price likely to weaken as Canada Oil rigs at Alberta is resuming after disruption due to fire… 😀
