Buy @ $15.50, $15.42

Q1 Results was released before mkt opened… EPS = $1.92 vs $1.84 YoY vs $1.71 QoQ…  A good increase vs decreases for UOB & OCBC…. PE slightly below 8 vs 10+ for other 2… Tried to Jump-Q and had to "Force" above $15.48… Matching at $15.52 and ran all the way to $15.68! Left mine in Q and was done within a short time when prices dropped back! So exciting! Closed @ $15.35… just above the low of $15.34…

A new share to my portfolio…  ðŸ˜€

Sudden drop -4ct @ $1.57 with STI -23.78 @ 2839.52… Both UOB and OCBC had reported profit declines and mkt sentiment don't look too good… Looks like I have bought way ahead of my plan to buy aro' Jul time-frame for the Double-xd play… 😀

Q'd to sell, not expecting to get done as long Q… Baseline shifted up to $0.70 / $0.705 after I sold… Results on 12-May… So far, for Hospitality REITs, FE-HTrust (63.5% Revenue in Hotel, with Serviced Apt 13.5% & Commercial 21%) released results yesterday AM with DPU = 1.08ct vs 1.07ct YoY vs 1.17ct QoQ…. 😀

Contra off…. Bought too many yesterday, clear all as STI looked weak (-26) in the AM… Recovered in the afternoon to close -5.62 @ 2894.66 (Drop below 2900 again)…  ðŸ˜€
